At Satchron, we’re committed to delivering your tech essentials—earbuds, neckbands, chargers, and more—as quickly and smoothly as possible. Our goal is to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience from click to delivery.


🚚 Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a notification via SMS/email.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📦 Estimated Delivery Timelines (Pan-India)

💳 Prepaid vs COD Shipping Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders: Processed and dispatched faster. These are prioritized and typically reach you sooner.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: May undergo verification before dispatch, which could add 1 additional business day.

📦 Shipping Partners

We ship via trusted 3PL logistics partners like:

  • Delhivery
  • BlueDart
  • Xpressbees
  • Ecom Express
  • DTDC

You will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email once the order is shipped.


💸 Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders above ₹499: FREE SHIPPING
  • Prepaid Orders below ₹499: ₹49 shipping fee
  • COD Orders: ₹69 flat shipping + handling charge (regardless of order value)

🔁 Shipping Costs in Case of Returns

  • If you return a product due to personal preference (not damaged or wrong item), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • If the item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Satchron will bear the return pickup cost. We’ll arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partner wherever serviceable.

🛑 Delivery to Remote or Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

We ship across most of India. However:

  • Some remote areas may face delays or unavailability of COD.
  • If your area is currently non-serviceable, we’ll inform you after order placement and offer alternate solutions or a full refund.

🎉 Holiday or Peak Season Handling

During major Indian festivals, sales events, or national holidays:

  • Order processing or delivery may take longer than usual.
  • We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid delays.
